You are able to personalise this medal with any name up to 12 characters.
The medal features a rainbow in the middle and 3 stars either side.
The wording is fixed text and reads:

The medal comes with approximately 75cm of Ribbon.
The wooden medal itself measures approximately 7 x 7cm and is made from 4mm MDF
