We redeem the right to alter any postage charge if the incorrect delivery option has been selected.
Larger parcels will be sent via courier.
LEAD TIMES
All items are usually dispatched within 1-3 days
Although we endeavour to dispatch all orders by the above lead times, these may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns as long as the item is in the exact same condition as sent to the customer and returned in 7 days of purchase.
Postage charges are to be paid in full by the buyer.
All personalised items are non-returnable, so please make sure all spellings are correct before completing the order.
We also recommend sending it back to us via a signed for delivery option, as we can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned.
